Hi I’m Jackie Ashdown, The Founder of Age Drop Personal Training & Coaching. I want to let you know that if you feel lost, frustrated, or even upset about your weight, fitness levels, and lifestyle… THERE IS HOPE! 

So many 40+ women I speak to think that as we age and go through the menopause, we just have to accept the unwanted lbs, loss of strength, and constant tiredness.

But I believe that with the right guidance EVERY person can live a healthier, happier life and love the body they are in.

In fact, over the last 20 years, I’ve helped hundreds of busy women and men lose weight, get in great shape, and make permanent healthy changes to their lifestyle.

Now that I’m going through the menopause journey myself, I am focusing my efforts on helping midlife women thrive during their menopause transition.
